Our design method consists of 9 phases and it is the key to create effective and sustainable solutions

Needs Analysis

Each project begins with a thorough assessment of the needs of the community or the involved partners. This phase is crucial for identifying specific goals, challenges and development opportunities.

Co-creation and Stakeholder Engagement

Active participation of stakeholders is central for FICUS ETS. We collaborate with public, private, and NGO entities, involving the local community from the very beginning to ensure that the project addresses real needs and is sustainable in the long term.

Integrated and Sustainable Planning

Planning is carried out by considering economic, social and environmental aspects to ensure a positive impact on all fronts. We use flexible planning tools to adapt to changes and new needs that arise during implementation.

Results-Based Design

We clearly define the outputs, outcomes and impacts of each project. Every operational phase is linked to measurable objectives to ensure that the initiative remains aligned with the desired results and the mission of FICUS ETS.

Efficient Resource Management

We use an optimized approach for managing human, financial, and technical resources. We are committed to economic and environmental sustainability, maximizing efficiency without compromising the quality or integrity of the project.

Continuous Monitoring and Evaluation

We implement a continuous monitoring system to measure progress against objectives. We use both quantitative and qualitative assessment tools to ensure the project remains aligned with expected outcomes, making adjustments as needed.
