As President of FICUS ETS, he is the captain of the ship, always ready to make the right move at the right time – and yes, just like at the poker table, he knows when to hold ‘em and when to go all-in! His “poker face” is legendary even in strategic meetings: while others try to read the cards, he’s already calculated every move, from partnerships that will grow the organization to projects that will deliver the greatest impact. He only bluffs when it comes to breaking old paradigms, always betting on innovation and new opportunities. After all, the motto is simple: “Play with heart, but never show all your cards!”
ANDREA FAVATELLA
VICE PRESIDENT
As Deputy Administrative Manager, he is the President’s second-in-command and steps in as needed, especially with his expertise in financial management. For him, budgets are like precious plants that need to be cultivated with care and precision. But that’s not all: he is also a gardening enthusiast! When he’s not immersed in numbers, you’ll find him tending to his plants, experimenting with new varieties and techniques to create a lush environment. To him, managing a budget is like nurturing a garden: it requires the perfect balance of method and dedication!

CHIEF OPERATING DIRECTOR
Alessia, our Chief Operating Officer, is a true force of nature! With over six years of experience in managing complex projects, she is the undisputed expert in EU funding programs such as Erasmus+, CREA, CERV, AMIF, and CoVE. A graduate in Design from the Politecnico di Milano, she has a creative eye as a product designer, but also a technical mind of a true nerd. A STEAM expert, she loves technology and knows how to integrate innovation and organization. Between projects, she is always on the lookout for the next challenge, combining creativity and management as if it were a new adventure!
ALESSANDRA TARRO

Alessandra is a true expert, with a solid background of experience. But don’t be fooled by her technical skills: she lives a carefree life, approaching challenges and deadlines with the same calm as someone sipping a coffee in the sun. She knows how to solve complex problems without ever losing her smile… and perhaps while already thinking about her next vacation!

Fabio Campagna, the finance wizard with an unwavering passion for tanning, is living proof that you can have both an impeccable portfolio and perfectly bronzed skin. Between financial consultations, Fabio can often be found on a sunny beach, collecting shades of bronze and knowing every beach as well as he knows the stock market. If there’s sun, he’s there – and if there’s a deal to close, he’s there too!
