Are you creative, curious and eager to gain practical experience in digital communication?
FICUS ETS is offering a new curricular or post-graduate internship opportunity at its office in Palermo for students and graduates interested in social media, content creation and the communication of local and European projects.
Supported by a dedicated tutor, the selected intern will follow a hands-on learning pathway designed to develop practical skills within the communication team of a dynamic Third Sector organisation.
What you will learn
During the internship, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in:
- planning content strategies and editorial calendars;
- creating and writing content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and websites;
- designing graphics, presentations and informative materials;
- producing short videos and photographic content;
- documenting and communicating events and project activities;
- adapting messages to different platforms, audiences and communication goals;
- supporting dissemination campaigns for European projects;
- updating websites and multimedia archives;
- monitoring the performance of communication activities.
The internship is designed to provide practical experience in institutional and digital communication while exploring how storytelling can increase the visibility and impact of projects addressing social and environmental challenges.
Who we are looking for
The opportunity is primarily aimed at students and graduates in communication, humanities, languages, political and social sciences, art, design or related fields.
The ideal candidate should have:
- a good command of English, approximately B2–C1 level;
- familiarity with the main social media platforms;
- a strong interest in digital communication and content creation;
- creativity, attention to detail and organisational skills;
- an interest in the Third Sector, social innovation and European projects;
- a collaborative and proactive attitude.
Experience with tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and WordPress will be considered an asset.
