  • Create a practical library of simple strategies and activities that can be integrated into everyday family life.
  • Develop a Family Wellbeing Plan to support personalised routines, early identification of difficulties and crisis-prevention strategies.

3.-Pilot Implementation and Validation

  • Implement the learning pathway with parent-carers in Poland, Italy and Lithuania.
  • Organise learning sessions in each country complemented by guided self-work.
  • Collect quantitative and qualitative feedback throught pre and post-assessment tools, reflection activities and participant feedback

  • Increased cross-sector cooperation at local level through Forums, bringing together adult education, NGOs and social services around a shared, preventive model for families.
  • Stronger European networking and shared learning throught the webinar, confirming that parent-carer challenges are comparable across contet and that the model is transferable.
  • Higher sustainability and replication potential, as stakeholders leave with a validated, practical resource and clear minimum standars for implementation.
