FICUS ETS took part in the final conference of the European project “Clean Environment – Clean School Climate” (KA220-SCH), hosted by the Department of Physics and Chemistry “Emilio Segrè” of the University of Palermo.
We would like to extend our sincere thanks to Professor Dominique Persano Adorno for her kind invitation and for welcoming our organization into such an important context.
During the event, FICUS ETS presented its contribution titled:
“FICUS ETS: The drive toward a more sustainable tomorrow”, focusing on our organizational model and ongoing efforts to promote environmental, social, and economic sustainability through education, civic engagement, and local collaboration.
The Clean&Creative project brought together schools and organizations from various European countries with the aim to:
-
develop environmental curriculum content across 10 STEM subjects;
-
organize creative workshops to transform waste into art;
-
build innovative digital tools (platforms, apps, games) to support environmental education;
-
foster inclusive and long-term ecological awareness in both school and social environments.
FICUS ETS was proud to contribute to the European conversation on creative, scalable, and inclusive strategies for green education and active sustainability.
