We are pleased to announce our official partnership with the Women in Digital (WiD) Forum, strengthening our commitment to gender equality in the digital field and to promoting a more inclusive, fair, and innovative ecosystem.
Joining the Forum is a strategic opportunity to contribute to the development of policies, recommendations, and capacity-building activities at the European level, together with a network of experts, professionals, and changemakers working on digital innovation and gender equality.
For FICUS ETS, the coordination will be led by Alessia Di Francesca, Operative Chief Director, with solid experience in European project design and expertise in STEAM, digital manufacturing, robotics, coding, immersive technologies, and product innovation. Alessia holds a degree in Industrial Design and a specialization in Product Design for Innovation from Politecnico di Milano, embodying the multidisciplinary and future-oriented approach of FICUS ETS in the digital domain.
We will continue to work towards closing the gender gap in education, careers, and technological leadership.
