In Italy, over 60% of the women welcomed into anti-violence centers have no income or stable employment. This harsh reality often prevents them from breaking free from abusive relationships, trapping them in a cycle of economic and emotional dependence.
This is where “Conto su di Me” comes in, a project launched by FICUS ETS, a non-profit organization from Palermo, committed to building a fairer, more inclusive and compassionate society.
The project’s aim is simple yet powerful: to provide vulnerable women with a real path to autonomy and personal growth. Not just training, but a transformative journey that combines financial and digital literacy, emotional support, coaching, job orientation and mentoring.
